Reciprocating pumps allow for liquid to be pulsed at identical intervals by way of a plunger, piston, or diaphragm that creates a suction.
Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps
General Service, Dewatering, Docks, Offshore Platforms
Another form of reciprocating pump, AODD pumps uniquely use compressed air to power the diaphragms as they discharge liquid at identical intervals. These pumps best handle highly viscous liquids with grit or other solid content.
